The young teachers here are quite the party-throwers and wonderful cooks! They invited me over for a birthday dinner. I have realllllly been missing chips, salsa and a good margarita, so they had a Mexican birthday meal for me. They are sooo sweet. They made home-made guacamole, salsa, tortillas and margaritas! It was wonderful!! The brownie-cheesecake for dessert with candles wasn't bad either! These gals are so fun to hang out with! A special thank you to Courtney, Crystal, Jenni, and Gail! Thanks girls!
